Cypress Meadows is a licensed 131 bed assisted living community that offers memory care. The project was constructed using proceeds from the sale of $15,000,000 of tax-exempt bonds. The Principal of Spirit and his prior investment banking firm served as lead underwriter for the transaction, coordinating all aspects of the deal and assisting with the sale of the bonds to institutional investors.
