The Boulevard is a designed assisted living community providing 120 units throughout five floors with ground floor retail. The project involved the purchase of a 12,000 square foot parcel in the heart of San Francisco offering parking and a mini-market. The property was located within the Haight-Octavia redevelopment district which allowed rezoning of the site to increase the height limitation and provide an additional floor of senior housing. The parcel was purchased through a joint venture partnership along with a conventional land loan and entitled by the San Francisco Planning Department.
