Coventry Park is a licensed 210 bed assisted living community in San Francisco with a dedicated memory care program. The project was originally financed and developed using proceeds from tax-exempt bonds. The Principal of Spirit and his prior law firm represented the Bondholders in a $36,000,000 unrated tax exempt bond transaction, leading the transaction and due diligence.
